Wholesale Ordering & Policies

When purchasing one of our wholesale car reed diffuser options, please note the following terms:

🛍️ Ordering & Payment:

• All wholesale orders must be placed and paid for through our website.

• We do not accept payments on any other platforms—only through our Shopify store.

• Orders must be paid in full before production and shipping.

⏳ Production Time & Shipping:

• As of May 12th, 2025, we require at least two weeks to create and process your wholesale orders. (This timeframe may change at any time.)

• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

🚫 Final Sale Policy:

• All wholesale purchases are final sale—no refunds or cancellations after shipment.

• If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at nannys.creations.co@gmail.com, and we will work with you to resolve any concerns.

📦 Wholesale Quantity Requirements:

• To offer the best pricing possible, wholesale orders must include 12 car reed diffusers per scent.

• We do not offer smaller wholesale quantities per scent.
